The idea of a shared woodworking shop was birthed while going through the North Bennet Street School's 2-year program in Furniture Making. Graduating in early 2022 with the skills to become a fine furniture maker, Peter Stein instead decided that surrounding himself with the furniture making and woodworking community was how he became energized. Thus, Needham Furniture Makers - a haven for all who may be passionate about making stuff - was born.
